Carolina’s Role at Kerley
Carolina began her real estate career seven months ago. Her first position at Kerley was as an assistant at Chicago Park and Chaparral Ridge. After working with homebuyers, she quickly developed a passion for the work she was doing. Now, in her role as a New Homes Specialist, she says she loves being a part of each homebuyer’s journey. When asked what makes her passionate about her job, Carolina said she likes being part of a big milestone in her clients’ lives. She understands that buying a new home is one of the biggest purchases they will make. She also explained that her favorite aspect of the job is seeing the smiles on their faces on the day of closing.
