Hawthorne Village is a charming community of 105 new townhomes off Poplar Springs Road in Gainesville, Georgia. Now selling, we’re excited to reveal the colored renderings of the 3 Hawthorne Village floor plans available now. These 3-story townhomes range in size from 1,601 to 1,699 square-feet. With open-concept designs, they also offer homebuyers both 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans to choose from. Here’s a closer look at the 3 new townhome floor plans released at Hawthorne Village.
3 Townhome Floor Plans
Birch Floor Plan
The Birch floor plan has a comfortable 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom layout. Upon entering the basement level from the garage, there is a finished bedroom with a full bath. Up the stairs from the basement, the first floor consists of the kitchen, dining area, and great room. A standout feature of the Birch are the beautiful French doors in the great room that open to the balcony. This floor plan is completed by the laundry room and 2 master suites on the second floor, each with their own bathroom and walk-in closet.
Pine Floor Plan
On the first floor of the Pine floor plan, you’ll find an open design like that of the Birch, except for an island in the kitchen. Upstairs, the second floor of the Pine houses the master suite, two secondary bedrooms that share a full bath, as well as the laundry room. Instead a fourth bedroom, the homes available now featuring the Pine floor plan have a finished bonus room in the basement. With its own closet and full bath, you can use this space as an office, media room, playroom, craft room, or an extra bedroom if you have a larger family.
Redwood Floor Plan
The Redwood is the largest floor plan offered in Hawthorne Village. At 1,669 square-feet, it boasts 2 spacious master bedrooms. A finished secondary bedroom with full bathroom is located on the basement floor. Like the Pine, the Redwood floor plan also offers an island in the kitchen, separating it from the dining area and great room. The second floor of the Redwood features the 2 master bedrooms like the ones found in the Birch floor plan. Each of these suites has its own bathroom as well as a walk-in closet.
