All Georgia licensees who are renewing on or after July 1, 2016 will be required to complete 36 hours of continuing education (was 240) and three of those hours must include an approve license law course. The course, Inmotion License Law will be taught by Juanita McDowell from the InMotion Real
Estate and will cover advertising, unfair trade practices, management responsibilities in real estate firms, handling real estate transactions and much much more.
