January Agent of the Month | Belinda Lee

Every month, we celebrate an agent or sales assistant in one of our metro Atlanta communities who has gone above and beyond to foster a positive buying experience for Kerley Family Homes’ homebuyers. Our January Agent of the Month, Belinda Lee is no exception. Belinda has been with our company for almost a year now as a New Homes Sales Agent at our Chatham Village community in Buford, Georgia.

She Enjoys Helping People

Born and raised in Marietta, Belinda began her career in real estate in December 2015 and joined the Kerley Family Homes team in April of last year. In her role at Chatham Village, she enjoys helping her clients select their perfect home or homesite. Belinda pursued a career in real estate because of her desire to help people achieve their dreams of owning a home, and she is accomplishing that every day through her work with homebuyers at Chatham Village. She works diligently with each homebuyer to walk them through the process, answer any questions they have along the way, and ensure that all of their needs are met.

Chatham Village is a gated townhome community located minutes from I-85 and I-985 in Buford, Ga. Featuring several 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans, these townhomes range in size from 1601 to 1699 square feet. The first floor provides an open-concept layout with a spacious great room, kitchen, and dining area. This charming neighborhood has plenty of green space throughout, as well as a community pool and clubhouse for residents to enjoy.
