Kerley Family Homes Helping Agents with Free CE Course

Kerley Family Homes is committed to working with real estate agents all across the Atlanta metro area, and to prove it, we’re putting our money where our mouth is. On Thursday, July 20 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., real estate agents are invited to join us in partnership with InMotion Real Estate Institute for a Continuing Education course in Douglasville.

During the event, our guests will receive top-notch training from InMotion instructor Marsha Thompson, who has a fantastic training record, and lunch on us. This topic will be of particular interest to agents in light of new credit reporting rules implemented on July 1. Sponsored by Bay Equity Home Loans, this Continuing Education course will earn participants one course credit, and will allow agents to assist clients in understanding how to better qualify for a mortgage.

As a side benefit, agents will have the opportunity to tour our new homes in the Brookmont community. With three distinct areas within the community, agents can tour homes for a wide range of buyers. Townhomes are now selling in The Enclave at Brookmont from the mid-$100,000s, while single-family homes are available from the high $100,000s in The Meadows at Brookmont and from the low $200,000s in Brookmont Reserve.
