On Monday, September 5, 10:00 a.m. come out to enjoy the Sweetwater Shrine Club Annual Labor Day Parade and BBQ. The parade starts at 10 a.m. and travels along the traditional Church Street route (between Fairburn Road and Rose Avenue) in downtown Douglasville. Who doesn’t love a fall festival? September Saturdays is the largest annual festival and community event in Douglas County. There will be great food, fun for the kids and good music! September Saturdays is unique in that it is held on two consecutive Saturdays in September, so that people have two chances to attend.
